O’Reilly Group supplied the precast columns and precast walls for this project. This 23-storey building is a mixed-use commercial and residential development, along with 4 town houses.

The Grainger PLC development consists of a total of 163 homes with 104 of those being 1-3 bed apartments. There is also 59 rental homes accompanied with a gym, roof terraces and play area for children.

The principal contractor for the job is Ant Yapi with Modebest providing the Engineering. Works began on the project in November 2017 and was completed in June 2020.
