Gender Pay Report

At O’Reilly Precast, we welcome the introduction of Gender Pay Gap reporting regulations in Ireland. This initiative presents a valuable opportunity to evaluate our current position, identify areas for improvement, and reaffirm our commitment to fairness, diversity, and inclusion. These values are central to our organisation, and this report is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure all employees are valued equally and have access to the same opportunities.

Like many companies in the manufacturing industry, our gender pay gap is primarily driven by the underrepresentation of women in traditionally male-dominated roles. While increasing female participation remains a challenge, we are committed to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce through meaningful initiatives and long-term strategies.

The O’Reilly Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
