RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

O’Reilly Precast are involved in the residential development located on the Deansgrange Road in Blackrock, Co. Dublin with Homeland Group.

This project will include 5,720m² of our Architectural Wall Panels. The brick used in this build will be mainly a bright sandstone colour we call ‘Buff’. Some areas of this building will feature a darker brick adding contrast.

This project will be comprised of 120 apartments, along with five ground-floor commercial units, a crèche and a basement car park. The site extends to 1.85 acres which offers easy access to Dublin city centre via public transport.
