We were delighted to be involved in this project with Bretland Construction, supplying all precast walls, flooring, stairs, columns and beams.
The prestigious office build at One Stemple Exchange Dublin, comprised of 2 buildings – both extending to 15,800m2. Both buildings are mirror images of each other. Comprising of six storeys of bright, spacious, LEED Gold office space, over basement level car parking, the building extends to 85,164 sq.ft.
A key feature of this project is the clear column free floorplates spanning 12m, allowing a completely flexible open floorplan.
